Mobile Jam Fest was developed and produced by a community of creative youth, individuals, and organizations who work in a variety of different sectors for the purpose of providing democratic, positive and safe platforms for youth to create and collaborate. These sectors included non-profit, corporate, educational and governmental agencies. The goal was to create a sustainable off-line and on-line "arts" educational program, the platform where youth can profile their creative achievements and further their education and internationalism.
